Process First Reports
We assist our clients at the initial point of a claim (or potential claim); as the importance of early reporting includes mobilizing your insurer’s resources on your behalf which is proven to help mitigate the overall cost of the claim.
Handle Claim Inquiries
Whether we serve as your voice directly or represent your interests through an insurance company’s automated claims portal, we strive to provide timely and transparent responses throughout the life of all claim inquiries; inclusive of keeping you abreast of any status changes in open reserves.
Manage/Monitor Open Claim Reserves
We routinely provide quarterly updates on the status of open reserves and/or claim payments. Since open claims can adversely affect the cost of insurance, the goal is to have them closed out as soon as practical.
Detailed Claim/Incident Analyses
Generated annually, these reports illustrate your company’s overall loss ratio, identify incident trends, breakdown first and third-party loss dollars and individually tally all loss dollars for each claim/incident description. Collection and illustration of this data can assist you in your safety and loss control efforts.
Claim Review Meetings
